Rands Booking Terms and Conditions

• All fees must be paid 14 days before the start of the course.
• There is a registration fee of £35.00 on all English language courses and hourly lessons, non-refundable and payable at the time of booking. For courses, this is included in your deposit of £160.00.
• All hourly lessons must be paid for one week in advance.
• Courses can only be cancelled by sending written notice to Rands. If this notice is received 31 days or more before the course starts, a refund of all monies paid (less the deposit) will be made.
• Rands reserves the right to change a course if the numbers are insufficient.
• If Rands has to cancel a course, Rands will inform students immediately, and offer an alternative course or a refund of all monies paid.
• Rands shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, delay or inconvenience suffered or incurred as a result of any circumstance outside the control of Rands.
• Rands liability in respect of any claims made shall not exceed the amount paid for tuition fees.

This agreement shall be governed by English Law and the parties hereto irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of this agreement.
