The Director and qualified English language teachers at Rands are mature and experienced. They are familiar with teaching groups of multi-national students, and students of all abilities from beginner to advanced. They are encouraging and enthusiastic and establish a good rapport with their students. They take part in an ongoing professional development programme which ensures that they are familiar with the latest developments in the international world of teaching.
